Mike Lockhart was a god send for our renovation project! When my mother-in-law moved from the family home in Cary to a retirement center, we purchased her well built ranch home. We had lots of ideas, but needed someone to guide our ideas, and manage the construction. From our first meeting with Mike, he was prompt and through. Since we had a small window of time to complete the renovation, time was of the essence. Mike completely gutted and renovated 2 bathrooms, converting one of then from a half bath to a full bath — all in less that 30 days. The work performed included removal of bathroom fixtures and plumbing, closing in a wall, converting closet to a shower, installing tile, new vanities and cabinetry, and painting! All on time and within budget. Everyday we saw progress! The job was completed as promised and the results truly transformed the home.
